A University of Cincinnati egyik professzora, Tomasz Stepinski készített egy interaktív térképet az ember okozta klímaváltozás hatásairól, melynek a ClimateEx (Climate Explorer) nevet adta. A térkép 50 000 meteorológiai mérőállomás adataira épül és lehetővé teszi a klímaváltozások adatainak összehasonlítását földrajzi helyhez kötve. A térképet itt lehet megnézni. Érdemes elolvasni a használati útmutatást, mert nem egyszerű használni.
Nagyon érdekes kutatási anyag jelent meg a Nature magazinban, ami az AI fejlesztésekre is hatással lesz... A kutatás szerint az agyunk sok esetben teljesen másképpen tanul mint azt eddig gondoltuk. A kutatás egyik fő eredménye, hogy a tanulási folyamat sokkal gyorsabban és teljesen másképpen történik a dendrites-ben (ez a neuronok egyik része). A teljes tanulmány itt olvasható. Még csak átfutottam és elsőre keveset értettem belőle, de itt össze van foglalva a lényeg.
Megjöttem futásból. 12,2 km egészen jó idővel.
