Voluntary corporate emission...
Trusting that emissions within businesses aid
Relying on emissions market...
Having faith in Climate Change Conferences...
Confidence in Climate Accords
Oh, we are so ridiculous...
The naive belief that greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced
These are just self-deceptions
Many believe that changes would hinder innovation
Companies can set individual climate goals
They can even sell the air from your lungs
We even sell our voices, our sperm, and our love
Producing more and more plastic than eating mico-plastic
And, of course, we feel kind of bizarre self-pity
And what about other species on this oblate spheroid
If you have any hope or illusion about peace and change, forget it
Humans will demolish everything
Capitalism just merely encapsulates humans' greediness
silliness and cruelty and so on
We will sell, mine, seize, battle, transfer, plunder, and ignite more wars
Until there's not a gram of geological material or mineral left beneath the Earth's skin
As long as there are trees in the forest, they'll be needed
And they'll continue to believe in GDP (X) and GNI until their markets collapse
Add the sum of consumption (C)
Add more investment (I)
Add government expenditures (G)
Add more net exports and deduct imports (EX-IM)
Humanity's true magic lies in X = C + I + G + (EX − IM)
Primitive magic
From a primitive civilization
Okay, They've added more pseudo-happiness
For the workforce with sellable knowledge
should temporarily feel content and happiness
So, if you are lucky and you are in the 10% of humanity
You can have a private pension, a competitive salary, a ping-pong table in the office,
You can work remotely, get bonuses, etc. Blah-blah.
While all others can be exploited
It is ridiculous
They value only money and uphold the division of nations until everything is razed...
And, and, and
They are We
They are We!
And
We are I
We are I
I am them
I am we
I am the same...
Nobody can escape this wretched cycle
Because we yearn to live
You might have illusions
And believe that capitalism can be altered
This implies that you believe human behaviour can change
But how? We are biological beings
We fear death. We crave survival
We are selfish, silly, and cruel
However, we rarely can cooperate without profit
That is usually an expectation
Even families, for the most part, are driven by profit
Profit is not only money; it's a part of our evolution
How we survive
So....and where is love?
So...
Until we transfer our consciousness
To a new micro-sized body capable of eternal life
Nothing will change.
Without this, nothing will happen.
Or everything will collapse, be destroyed
And this civilization's path to self-demolition will succeed
So, the only escape from this hell
Is if we rid ourselves entirely of our biological body
All other considerations seem nothing more than mere words
There appear to be two main ways this could end
The end of capitalism means the end of our natural, biological existence
Or the complete destruction of this planet
