Linguistics, philosophy, and history had failed
We have failed;
Although most people do not want to grasp this
They still believe that we can fix it;

We consume more and reproduce.

We are being failed;
Ukraine, Russia, Israel, Palestine, Sudan
And more wars are on the horizon, And
while Death is ingesting
Others carry on with business, 
Ignoring reality;
Neglecting their faith;
Disregarding the failed science;
The only thing most of us love is money.

Propaganda remains vivid;
Subidubaduoooo. Youhoooo.
It surrounds us like a sweet jelly;
It is our creature, a representation of
Our viciousness, And
It appears to be as potent as it has always been;
Julius Caesar love You
Machiavelli love You
The St Internet serves as its most powerful tool;
Previous dictators would have been delighted
If they had it.

extinction
capitalism
climate change
slavery
pollution of air, soil, and water
racism
corruption
over-extracting natural resources
crime --
And these are just a few random things;
we caused these,
Not aliens.

If you speak of these concerns,
if you look scared,
because you cannot see the future,
If you feel depressed,
Bearing the weight of uncertainty;
Most others will simply smile, laugh, and say:
"You are so negative."

We failed and
we are still being failed;
I failed; 
Yet those who believe they remain unaffected
Broadcast their success and happiness on social media
Conduct business
And remain indifferent. 

This text is a failure, too;
Because words; poems; literature;
are obsoleted;

We have failed;
Earth should heal itself;
Humans may vanish;
And the Earth could begin anew,
In just a few million years
Perhaps then, dolphins or ants
could create a new civilization.
