Consciousness is often overestimated. Humans reside within their minds, perceiving themselves as incredibly complex, but this complexity is a mixture of lack of knowledge and illusion. The knowledge will be ok, and science will reduce the level of unknown things. The only reason consciousness seems intricate is because we believe it to be so. Our billion-year evolutionary history is vast, yet we mistakenly regard our consciousness as something separate from the universe and its physical laws. This perspective is not only misguided but also simplistic. Consciousness is merely the function of the brain—a temporary arrangement of stored data. We are not inherently complex; instead, we appear so because we cannot process the immense volume of data required to fully comprehend consciousness. Basically, we can't process the trillions of particles in our brains and how they work. This is analogous to our inability to predict the weather in detail: we simply cannot track every particle in Earth's atmosphere, and thus, we cannot precisely follow the evolution of clouds.

The era in which we live is humorous, much like previous ages when we believed the Earth was flat or that the universe was created by a deity. Philosophy, too, can seem absurd when it attempts to fill gaps in our understanding with speculation and unfounded ideas. We are not unique; we are no more complex than any other entity in the universe. Our consciousness is composed of the identical fundamental particles as everything else in existence. And this, in itself, is profoundly beautiful. To understand this is to grasp one of the most exquisite truths: I desire freedom from human cultures and do not wish to remain a prisoner of my time. To transcend our current evolution, we must shift towards the artificial, leaving behind our biological forms. We should aspire to exist as consciousness alone. We only need interfaces, such as hands, eyes, and ears—sensors to interact with our environment. But the potential doesn't stop there; we could develop entirely new types of sensors, hundreds or even thousands of them, allowing us to experience realities and phenomena far beyond the current human capacity. With artificial evolution, we could transcend biological limits, potentially extending our lifespan indefinitely, perhaps until the universe itself ceases to exist.

Leaving this planet would become a necessity, and space travel would no longer be limited by the constraints of short human lifespans. The question of how long we can live becomes critical. While achieving the speed of light may remain impossible due to the persistence of mass, time would cease to matter for beings capable of living billions of years. Our consciousness, operating on a different scale, could simulate realities and generate countless new instances of experience. One single consciousness could create billions of parallel, individual experiences, each as rich as any human life today.

The human species in its current form is, by comparison, primitive. We are bound by biological limitations, cultural constructs, and fleeting lives. I often wish I could live to see this radical transformation—to witness the shift from biological beings to entities of pure consciousness. Yet, I fear that my life will end before this profound evolution takes place. Still, the idea of it fills me with hope and fascination, as it represents a future where we can transcend not only our physical forms but also the constraints of time and space themselves.
