Az időben - ha létezne, lehetnének irányok,
s azok közül Egy: előre.
Álmomban, homlokkal a hűs lepedőn ---
követném az egyiket, egyre több arc
libegne elém, s Egy: köztük a tiéd,
azonnal homályba múlna, vele együtt
egy újabb lehetséges életvonal pusztulna -
tudnám, ott éltünk: két árnyék a konyhában,
de itt már csak álmodlak, mindhiába,
s azt is csak titkon, egy másik álmomból,
hogy ébredések sora - mint kapuk: védjenek,
visszatérve rajtuk, az utolsónál: elfelejtselek,
s veled együtt azt, ami csak ott létezett.
